Progetto di Mail Art (arte postale)

L’Associazione Culturale e Volontariato ”EUTERPE” in occasione dei festeggiamenti del bicentenario della morte di Francesco Lomonaco (Montalbano Jonico, 22 novembre 1772 – Pavia, 1 settembre 1810) scrittore, politico e patriota della città propone il progetto dal tema “Patriota/eroe”.
Il mondo è pieno di patrioti/eroi che hanno lottato per una causa, un’ideale che appartengono a una comunità, a una nazione al mondo intero, e perciò sono da ricordare, onorare e celebrare.
Il progetto è aperto a tutti gli artisti del mondo, che vorranno condividere ed esprimersi sul tema proposto.
Formato: min.15 x 20 max A/4
Tecnica: libera (no posta elettronica)
Le opere pervenute saranno esposte presso Il Palazzo De Ruggeri di Montalbano Jonico, dalla seconda decade di dicembre 2010.
Le opere ricevute non verranno restituite in quando faranno parte della collezione dello Spazio Permanente d’Arte “Melchiorre da Montalbano”

Project of Mail Art (postal art)

The Cultural association and Volontariato "EUTERPE" on the occasion of the celebrations of the bicentennial of the death of Francis Lomonaco (Montalbano Jonico, November 22 nd 1772. Pavia, September 1 st 1810) writer, political and patriot of the city proposes the project from the theme "Patriot / hero."
The world is full of patriots / heroes that have fought for a cause, an ideal that you/they belong to a community, to a nation to the whole world, and therefore they are to remember, to honor and to celebrate.
The project is open to all the artists of the world, that will want to share and to express him on the proposed theme.
Formed: min.15 x 20 max A/4
Technique: free (no sets electronics)
The reached works will be exposed near The Building De Ruggeri of Montalbano Jonico, from the second ten of December 2010.
The received works won't be returned in when they will belong to the collection of the Permanent Space of art "Melchiorre from Montalbano"
All the received works will be visible and information will be furnished on the event through the site: www.mailartmontalbano.it
